The Details: Part of the Latitude Margaritaville community, this newly built home was anything but the bright colors of Key West. Moving from a busy life in New York, our clients wanted to create a home of casual elegance. We designed the home to incorporate large seating areas for entertaining and a serene color palette of soft greens and neutral tones. The secondary bedrooms had a little fun brought in with a punches of color, including corals and blues. This transitional home showcases a striking balance between elegant and comfort.
