Being able to really hear what is important to a client, sometimes even that which is not said, is the critical first step towards creating an environment that meets, and often exceeds, expectation.
Kaci has worked in high-end residential design for over 10 years. After graduating from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Kaci worked for CW Design Company in Los Angeles, CA and then for Schoenfeld Interiors in Seattle, WA. In 2007, Kaci relocated to Chicago and accepted a position with Handman Associates as a Junior Designer. She gained invaluable experience working under principal designer, Shelly Handman, whose work has appeared in Architectural Digest, Luxe and Trend Publications, among others.
In addition to working in some of the most design-influential cities, Kaci lived abroad in Skopje, Macedonia and Dubai, U.A.E. before moving to the Tampa Bay area. For the past 7 years, she has been working in residential design throughout the Tampa-St. Pete area.
Kaci’s vast array of design capabilities has resulted in an exceptional talent for visualizing space, and enables her to balance both function and design aesthetics for our clients.
Richard has been designing homes for over 3 decades. Born and bred in the furniture industry, his passion started as a small child, when he would go to his grandfather’s fine upholstery factory. He worked for his parent’s interior design business in Philadelphia for over 14 years after graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Interior Design. His experience in interior design over the past 3 decades helped Richard cultivate strong relationships with clients by building a foundation of trust and by showcasing his unique ability to captivate their needs and transform their space into a beautiful residential home. This led to Richard creating and implementing the In-Home Design program at Haverty’s 125 stores and Hudson’s Furniture 17 stores, right here in Central Florida and throughout the country.
Richard strives to design interiors that reflect the client’s taste, personality and lifestyle. What distinguishes Richard’s work is his meticulous attention to detail, a keen eye for color and scale along with an added element of surprise.
Richard’s greatest enjoyment comes from his client’s expression of joy and delight, upon entering their newly designed spaces.
