OUR DESIGN PROCESS

01. GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Each project begins with a comprehensive discussion to identify your needs, establish scope, and understand how you want your home to feel and function. We will discuss the project in detail including goals for the space, your design style, how you will be using the space, your timeline for completion, and your budget expectations.

02. DESIGN CONCEPT

Next, is the creative process where we work on space planning, design boards and selecting finishes, fixtures and furniture. If trades are involved we’ll also set up appointments for them to review your space and get measurements and photographs. During this phase we’ll assess your home in great detail and start refining a plan for your final approval.

03. PURCHASING & PROCUREMENT

After the final design plan is approved we then set the final budget and begin the purchasing and procurement phase. We manage each vendor and ensure every single piece is purchased, constructed, shipped and delivered in perfect condition to a receiving warehouse. We take on the “headaches” so you don’t have to.

04. INSTALLATION & FINAL TOUCHES

During the reveal phase, we oversee the entire installation of furnishings, art and accessories and welcome our clients home to a totally transformed, beautiful space.

WHAT ARE YOUR DESIGN FEES?

Because each project is unique, we need time to discuss your vision for the project and the scope of work and present our design fee as a flat fee.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

We are based in Tampa and Orlando but also serve clients throughout the Suncoast and across central Florida.

WHAT ARE THE TYPICAL TIMELINES FOR COMPLETING A PROJECT?

As a rough guide, furnishing projects take about 3-6 months and construction can take up to 18 months depending on scope of the project. However, there can be external factors that cause longer delays.

CAN WE USE YOUR TRADES AND SUPPLIERS?

We have spent years hunting for the fabulous vendors that we work with today. Most do not sell directly to the public and create signature pieces you won't be able to find elsewhere - to give you a unique home unlike anyone else's.

WHEN SHOULD I HIRE AN INTERIOR DESIGNER?

We suggest you hire an interior designer before or around the time of hiring an architect, builder or general contractor. Designers are able to enhance the project and ensure that you receive the end result that mirrors your dreams. We're here to guide you and be your advocate through the process.
